CYCS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYCS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,420 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCCS, NDUFB11, and PDHA1. Each is linked with CYCS in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCS-to-partner and partner-to-CYCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCS versus HCCS in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
