CYC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P2, MIR7702, and ARF4P4. Each is linked with CYC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYC1-to-partner and partner-to-CYC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P2 grouped by CYC1-low versus CYC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
