The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CYB5A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYB5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where CYB5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
