CYB5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYB5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,606 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYB5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTUS1, SLC38A2, and DNM1L. Each is linked with CYB5A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5A-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYB5A versus MTUS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
