Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYB5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYB5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, NFATC2, and MAP1LC3A. Each is linked with CYB5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYB5A-to-partner and partner-to-CYB5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYB5A versus CACNA1I in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
