The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher CXorf65 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXorf65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
GBM and UCEC are the cancer types where CXorf65 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
