CXorf65

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXorf65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXorf65-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Natural killer cell degranulation, Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen. Each is linked with CXorf65 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXorf65-to-partner and partner-to-CXorf65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXorf65→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXorf65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
