The most reproducible CXXC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Taxis, Vesicle coating, and Chemotaxis. Each is linked with CXXC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC4-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC4 results are reported.
