CXCR2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02294, KRTAP8-1, and NPIPB9. Each is linked with CXCR2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02294 grouped by CXCR2P1-low versus CXCR2P1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
