CXCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,613 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR2, and FPR1. Each is linked with CXCR1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR1 versus FCGR3B in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
