CXCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMP, MMP8, and PRTN3. Each is linked with CXCR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR1 versus CAMP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
