CXCR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR33A, GUSBP8, and MIR557. Each is linked with CXCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR33A grouped by CXCR1-low versus CXCR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
