Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CXCL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CXCL3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher CXCL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXCL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL are the cancer types where CXCL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
