CXCL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR5, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with CXCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL3-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSTR5 grouped by CXCL3-low versus CXCL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
