CXCL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AZU1, MPO, and S100A12. Each is linked with CXCL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL2 versus AZU1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
