CXCL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A14, CCDC113, and DUS4L. Each is linked with CXCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL2 versus SLC25A14 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
