CXCL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-271P, MIR3170, and RNA5SP45. Each is linked with CXCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-271P grouped by CXCL2-low versus CXCL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
