The most reproducible CXCL1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of programmed necrotic cell death, Positive regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, and Secretion by tissue. Each is linked with CXCL1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL1P1 results are reported.
