CXCL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCL16 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 801 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC23, SRPK1, and POMT2. Each is linked with CXCL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL16-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC23 grouped by CXCL16-low versus CXCL16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
