Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CXCL14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CXCL14 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher CXCL14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXCL14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and SKCM are the cancer types where CXCL14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
