CXCL14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX19B, ELP5, and KRT8. Each is linked with CXCL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX19B grouped by CXCL14-low versus CXCL14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
