CXCL14

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_epsilon, Annexin-1, and 4E-BP1_pS65. Each is linked with CXCL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL14 results are reported.
