CXCL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXCL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,038 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CXCL14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds grouped by CXCL14-low versus CXCL14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
