CXCL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,865 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMOD1, TLN1, and PRKG1. Each is linked with CXCL12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL12-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL12 versus LMOD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
