CXCL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PDCD4, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CXCL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL12-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by CXCL12-low versus CXCL12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
