CXCL11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL650P, MIR7845, and RN7SKP151. Each is linked with CXCL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL11-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL650P grouped by CXCL11-low versus CXCL11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
