CXCL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP8, MMP9, and MPO. Each is linked with CXCL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL1 versus MMP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
