Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,177 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL1, KCNJ2, and LCN2. Each is linked with CXCL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL1-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL1 versus APOL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
