CXADRP3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXADRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXADRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CXADRP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXADRP3-to-partner and partner-to-CXADRP3 results are reported.
