CX3CR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CX3CR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,385 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CX3CR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY12, GPR34, and C3AR1. Each is linked with CX3CR1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CR1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CX3CR1 versus P2RY12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CX3CR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CX3CR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
