CX3CR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CX3CR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,028 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CX3CR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAGAB, OIP5, and UTP6. Each is linked with CX3CR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CR1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AAGAB grouped by CX3CR1-low versus CX3CR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CX3CR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CX3CR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
