CX3CR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CX3CR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,456 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CX3CR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFAM1, CD300LB, and OR13J1. Each is linked with CX3CR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CR1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CX3CR1 versus NFAM1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CX3CR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CX3CR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
