CX3CL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CX3CL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,172 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CX3CL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, NFIB, and TRIM22. Each is linked with CX3CL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CL1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CX3CL1 versus ICAM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CX3CL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CX3CL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
