Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CX3CL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CX3CL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACTIN, EFTUD2, and GRK4. Each is linked with CX3CL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CL1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACTIN grouped by CX3CL1-low versus CX3CL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CX3CL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CX3CL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
