Across TCGA cell cohorts, CX3CL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,586 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CX3CL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CX3CL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CX3CL1-to-partner and partner-to-CX3CL1 results are reported.
