CWH43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWH43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,216 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWH43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TJP1, TNKS1BP1_S1666, and ARHGEF37. Each is linked with CWH43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWH43-to-partner and partner-to-CWH43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWH43 versus TJP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWH43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWH43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
