Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWH43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,323 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CWH43-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIC8B, PERP, and ECM1. Each is linked with CWH43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWH43-to-partner and partner-to-CWH43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWH43 versus RIC8B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWH43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWH43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
