Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWH43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,139 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CWH43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H_S75, SUPT6H_S78, and SUPT7L_S108. Each is linked with CWH43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWH43-to-partner and partner-to-CWH43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWH43 versus SUPT6H_S75 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWH43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWH43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
