Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWH43 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CWH43-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p70-S6K_pT389, and Rb_pS807_S811. Each is linked with CWH43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWH43-to-partner and partner-to-CWH43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CWH43-low versus CWH43-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWH43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWH43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
