Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CWF19L2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CWF19L2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher CWF19L2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CWF19L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where CWF19L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
