Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CWF19L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CWF19L1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CWF19L1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CWF19L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where CWF19L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
