Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CWF19L1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CWF19L1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CWF19L1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CWF19L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
COAD, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where CWF19L1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
