Across TCGA cell cohorts, CWF19L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWF19L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Spindle elongation, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with CWF19L1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWF19L1-to-partner and partner-to-CWF19L1 results are reported.
