CWC27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTREX, PHAX, and KIF2A. Each is linked with CWC27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC27-to-partner and partner-to-CWC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC27 versus MTREX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
