Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,212 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CWC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP72, CENPH, and CDCA2. Each is linked with CWC27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC27-to-partner and partner-to-CWC27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC27 versus CEP72 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
