CWC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL386P, CASKP1, and PCGF7P. Each is linked with CWC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC27-to-partner and partner-to-CWC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL386P grouped by CWC27-low versus CWC27-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
