CWC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PDCD4, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with CWC27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC27-to-partner and partner-to-CWC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CWC27-low versus CWC27-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
