Across TCGA cell cohorts, CWC27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,278 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CWC27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Positive regulation of rRNA processing. Each is linked with CWC27 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC27-to-partner and partner-to-CWC27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by CWC27-low versus CWC27-high in LIVER.
