Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CWC25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CWC25 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CWC25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CWC25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and SKCM are the cancer types where CWC25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
