CWC25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,421 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830_S351, SUPT6H, and DHX8. Each is linked with CWC25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC25-to-partner and partner-to-CWC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 versus ZNF830_S351 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
